2017 was quite a year for us. As well as celebrating our first anniversary in our new home – a converted warehouse on Exeter’s popular Quayside – we have taken part in charity fundraisers, hosted hundreds of keen cooks on our tempting cookery classes, played host to members of the Exeter Chiefs rugby squad for a series of butchery and meat cookery masterclasses, added new courses to our busy calendar of events, explored the county of Devon at various food festivals and foodie events, and even taught the Lord Mayor of Exeter how to create beautiful spun sugar shapes at the relaunch of Visit Exeter.

If we thought 2017 was an amazing year, 2018 already looks set to be stratospheric. We have been asked to create a pop-up cookery school for families at the Exeter Festival for South West Food and Drink and we are also partnering with the Great

Food & Drink Show 2018, which is being held at Westpoint. As well as exhibiting at the show, Jim will be making appearances on the main stage on both days of the show alongside celebrity chefs Jean Christophe Novelli, Tom Kerridge and UK food blogger Polly Guy. Watch this space for more news of what’s coming up over the next year.
