Having demoed on the baking stage of Exeter Festival of South West Food and Drink for the last two years, we were delighted to be asked by the organisers to play a larger role in the 2018 event. Over the past 14 years, the Festival has established itself as a vital part of life in Exeter and the South West. Celebrating the region’s rich food culture while bringing together award-winning local producers and the area’s best chefs, the event continues to attract the food-loving public in their thousands year after year.
Taking place over Bank Holiday weekend on the 5th, 6th and 7th May, the Festival will see some exciting new features, with Exeter Cookery School at the heart of the changes taking place. With something for everyone, from pasta making to spun sugar workshops and from bread making to Indian cookery, we hope to attract foodies of every generation to come and have a go. We will reveal more details nearer the time, but in the meantime, make sure you keep the first May Bank Holiday in your diary for one of the year’s must-attend events.
