Half Day British Summer Puddings Cookery Course

Who doesn’t love a British summer pudding?


On this half-day British Summer Puddings cookery course you’ll learn how to prepare and cook some of the nation’s favourite summer puddings, and of course enjoy some tastings of what you have created.


What you can’t eat during your cookery course, you get to take home to impress your family and friends.


During your morning or afternoon course you’ll be cooking two or three of these classic puddings:

  • Trifle
  • Lemon Posset
  • Summer Pudding
  • Strawberry Tartlets
  • Pavlova (yes, we know it’s Australian, but it’s just so good!)


During the two and a half hour session you’ll be making a couple of the above puds while learning some great tricks of the trade from head tutor and pudding lover, Jim Fisher.


At the end of the session you’ll get to take home what you made.
