Half Day Puddings

HALF DAY COURSE (9:30am - 12:00pm / 2:00pm - 4:30pm)

On this half day puddings course, you’ll be making two classic puddings which you can then take home to share with family and friends.


We’ll show you how to get the best from the ingredients and make sure you cook them to restaurant quality perfection!

Techniques learnt:

  • Steaming sponge pudding
  • Making proper custard (Crème Anglaise)
  • Making a caramel sauce
  • Use of gelatine
  • Making a fruit compote
  • Soaking sponge in alcohol

  • Syrup Sponge and Custard
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding
  • Cheesecake
  • Tiramisu
