Thanks to popular demand from fans of our One Day Traditional Indian Cookery Course, Nila Ross-Patel has created a delicious half day cookery course in Traditional Indian Cookery, passed down through the generations.
This fun, hands-on cookery class will teach students how to make a layered vegetable biryani with a yoghurt and roasted cumin seed and yoghurt sauce.
Nila will also show you how to create pooris, a leavened bread that is deep fried until puffy and light as air.
Whatever you don't sample during the course itself, will come home with you to show off your new-found culinary skills to friends and family.
This course is naturally vegetarian and can be vegan on request.
