One whole day working with and, yes, eating chocolate!
In the morning you’ll be making White Chocolate Ice Cream followed by Delice au Chocolat, a decadent dessert of rich dark soft chocolate ganache on a crunchy chocolate base which you’ll consume after your lunch.
In the afternoon, you’ll be making perfect Chocolate Fondants, a task we make easy and stress-free.
There will just be time before you go home to make some chocolate truffles with all manner of fun coatings and sprinkles.
At the end of the day you can take home everything you’ve made to show off to family and friends!
