SPECIAL OFFER ON GIFT VOUCHERS DURING CORONAVIRUS LOCKDOWN:
exeter cookery school policy regarding corona virus (covid19)
It is with a heavy heart that we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend all cookery courses until further notice.
As you can imagine, this is one of the hardest decisions we have had to make since launching the cookery school almost four years ago. However, we feel it is the right thing to do in light of the latest Government guidance and the need for everyone to do their bit to keep everyone safe from COVID19.
transferring existing bookings
We hope to be able to resume normal courses as soon as is safe to do so. However, we do not know when this will be. Therefore, if you are currently booked onto a course at Exeter Cookery School within the next few months, we are offering a free rescheduling service.
We will happily move you onto a future date of the same course, or alternatively a different course to an equivalent value (subject to availability). If you would like to do this, we would be very grateful if you could take a look at our calendar before getting in touch with us by email - email@example.com - to let us know which course and date you would like to transfer onto.
If you are unsure of when you will be able to transfer to a new course date, please let us know by email as to which course you are currently booked onto and we will add your course booking to our course transfer list so that we have your details kept safe for future transfer.
If you have any concerns or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07415 783759 or 07843 282371.
We thank you for all your support through these challenging times.
Please do stay safe during this difficult time.
(Update from 18.03.20)
Firstly, let us reassure you, our valued customers, that we are doing everything in our power to keep you safe based on current medical advice. We are striving to manage the constantly evolving situation and we continue to have your health and safety at the heart of all our decision making.
Health & Safety Measures
- Put in place rigorous cleaning procedures at our venue
- Increased personal hygiene measures
- Reduced class sizes in order to increase social distancing
Free Re-Schedule Service
We are currently still open for business, running courses as normal until a time we are required to pause all of our courses, in which case we will update you again. However, for anyone concerned about attending one of our courses for health reasons relating to COVID19, or are in self-isolation, we are offering a free reschedule service.
If this affects you, please take a look at our calendar and let us know which course date you would like to transfer onto by emailing us at email@example.com and we will make the necessary changes to your booking. If you would like to postpone your course but are unsure as to when you will be able to reschedule, please let us know and we will add you to our transfer list and will hold your booking until you are in a position to reschedule.
Potential Course Postponements
We are closely following national guidelines on tackling COVID19 and we may need to take the difficult decision to postpone courses depending on contemporary medical and social advice at the time. We will of course let you know as soon as possible if this is the case.
We hope to see you on the 28th, but will continue to review the situation daily and will inform you if the situation changes.
In the meantime, stay positive, keep safe, and happy cooking!
