On this half day course at Exeter Cookery School, you will learn how to create the following:
Thinly sliced beef in a sticky, flavour-packed marinade, perfect on top of rice or rolled up inside a lettuce leaf. We will give you tips and tricks to make this delicious BBQ-style beef dish in a flash.

Kimchi Jeon (Kimchi Pancake)
A gorgeously crispy yet chewy pancake using Kimchi (fermented spicy cabbage)
Quick Cucumber Kimchi
Thinly sliced cucumber in a spicy sauce. Quicker than the real deal and just as tasty!
