Under the expert guidance of our chefs you’ll be making two pastries: light, crumbly savoury shortcrust and rich, buttery rough puff.
We’ll show you how to make both by hand, but also with tips on making shortcrust in a food processor (for those of you who have hot hands or are short on time).
Once made, you’ll make a pasty with the shortcrust, and sausage rolls with the puff.
At the end of the course you’ll leave with a cooked pasty as well as some sausage rolls to finish off in the oven at home.
