Sweet pastry can be tricky to work with, but our experienced chefs will patiently take you through every step with good humour and skill.
It’s totally hands-on, so you get to make sweet pastry and two dishes from scratch.
You’ll be making a rough-puff pastry and turning that into Mille Feuille, that classic French dessert of layers of flaky buttery pastry, fresh seasonal fruit and Crème Chantilly.
You’ll also make sweet pastry dough and use this to blind-bake pastry cases for a lovely strawberry tart.
At the end of the course you can take home everything you’ve made.
