Spend a morning or afternoon making French-style macarons!
On this fun half-day course, you will make professional-quality filled macarons using top quality ingredients. You’ll learn how to create the all-important raised foot (or piet, as the French call it), and there will be some great macaron-making tips (such as sieving the almond flour for a finer texture).
Our experienced chefs will teach you how to make a classic filling and how to decorate your macarons with sprinkles, freeze-dried raspberries, drizzled chocolate, etc. You will learn how to use colourings and flavourings to create a variety of great looking and flavoursome macarons.
At the end of the session, you will leave with a collection of beautifully decorated, professional quality macarons.
