A half day hands-on cookery course where you will learn the ins and outs of preparing and cooking the perfect steak. Whether that's rare, medium or well done, you will gain a good knowledge of how to obtain the results you've been after.
You'll also cook two classic sauces to accompany: Mushroom Cream and Chimichurri.
We'll show you which cut to choose and where best to buy it, and also provide a list of suppliers who produce great beef.
At the end of the session you will have cooked a sirloin steak to your liking, produced two fantastic sauces and gained an insight into meat and sauce cookery.
