On this fun new hands-on Sushi making course, experienced Japanese cookery tutor Naoko Kashiwagi will teach you the art of making authentic Sushi.
Naoko shares her skills and experience, both in the preparation and presentation of delicious sushi, creating new and delicious flavour combinations and textures.
Dishes will include Naoko's Salmon Roll Sushi with Yuzu Pepper Mayo Sauce and a classic California Roll Sushi with King Prawns and Asian Spicy Sauce.
Locally caught mackerel will also make a star appearance when you learn how to create Marinated Mackerel Nigiri Sushi, while a more exotic option will be the lightly seared Tuna with Ponzu Dressing.
