Sweet Pastry: Cream Horns & Eccles Cakes
HALF DAY COURSE (9.30am - 12.00pm or 2pm - 4.30pm)

On your hands-on Sweet Pastry course you will make two cake shop favourites: Cream Horns and Eccles Cakes.
By the end of the session you will have learnt how to use cream horn moulds, roll and shape puff pastry, make an Eccles cake filling, egg wash and finish your creations and bake them to sweet perfection!
You'll also make fresh chantilly cream and sieve jam to fill your cream horns.
You will leave us full of baking confidence and with a bag choc full of your finished pastries.
