Rustic and earthy, Tuscan cuisine is rightly celebrated. In this one day hands-on Italian cooking class, you will learn some classic dishes as you prepare a feast. Let talented TV chef and cookery book author, Valentina Harris, take you one a foodie tour of Tuscan cuisine.


In this sociable class in authentic Italian cooking, recipes will be split amongst the group in small groups, with everybody working alongside each other to create a fabulous feast! Not everybody will make each recipe, but participants can do more than one recipe if they wish and will be encouraged help each other as required.


Valentina will circulate amongst the class and oversee the preparations, demonstrating techniques and explaining tips during the class. She will also regale you with tales of growing up in Italy, running her Italian cookery school, and her food memories from Tuscany.


There will be a break for coffee mid-morning and the group will sit down to eat the feast once it is ready.
