Using the best seasonal produce, you’ll make traditional treats that will delight friends and family, including Ricciarelli – soft almond pastries, Panpepato – spiced Umbrian Christmas cake, Baci di Dama – hazelnut and chocolate ladies’ kisses, and more.
On this sociable course, the participants will pair up and each pair will make each of the recipes – dividing the results in half between them to take home, beautifully wrapped and ready to give to loved ones at Christmas.
