Savoury Edible Christmas Gift-making with Valentina Harris
Welcome in the festive season with this sociable authentic Italian cookery course, where Italian chef, Valentina Harris will teach you how to create an array of enticing savoury edible Christmas gifts.
Join fellow foodies to learn all about Italian Christmas customs and regional Italian Christmas specialities while polishing up your baking skills. The class will divide into pairs, with each pair making each of the recipes – Grissini / Biscotti Al Parmigiano / Taralli Toscani All’anice / Biscottini Senza Glutine Al Timo / Olive Cunsati / Olive Marinate / Pesto Di Noci and Pesto Trapanese.
At the end of the day, you will divide the spoils of your labour in half between you to take home, all wrapped up in Christmassy packaging and ready to give to delighted friends and loved ones as savoury edible Christmas gifts.
