ONE DAY COURSE (9.30am - 4.30pm)

Our full day Spanish cookery course is a celebration of classic Spanish flavours and dishes. You’ll be starting with the famous Valencian rice dish: Paella. You’ll be cooking a seafood version using prawns and squid with rice spiked with saffron, smoked paprika and herbs. Then we'll take you through the steps of how to make a really delicious tasting aioli.


A favourite at tapas restaurants, Jamon Croquetas – crispy on the outside and meltingly creamy on the inside. We’ll be making it the traditional way with a thick béchamel sauce and smoky cured ham.


Finally, you’ll be creating an authentic Crema Catalan, a set cream infused with vanilla, cinnamon and orange – topped with a thin crust of caramelised sugar.
