Joanna Ruminska's foraging adventure started in early childhood. Growing up in an unspoilt mountainous area she was surrounded by nature's larder.
Foraging around the seasons, she just loves cooking up some old favourites as well as some new-found produce.
As well as runnning foraging activities for adults and children, Joanna also leads guided walks, runs events, and delivers tailored foraging workshops on native plants and fungi around Devon and Cornwall.
A qualified nutritionist, she has a real passion for discovering the many health benefits of wild plants, fungi and, yes, even algae!
