Tutor / authentic indian cookery
Having worked as a cookery tutor in schools and adult education centres, Nila Ross- Patel took a break from cooking to raise a family. Now back in action in the kitchen, Nila is teaching once again at Exeter Cookery School. This time she is sharing her extensive knowledge on how to cook authentic Indian dishes from the Gujarat.
Naturally featuring a wide variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, each with its own unique cooking style, this course can be adapted to suit vegetarian and vegan diets. Nila draws inspiration from her mother, who taught her to cook authentic Gujarati dishes at home.
As well as teaching how to cook authentic Indian dishes, Nila hopes to develop other courses for Exeter Cookery School in 2018.
